I just finished reading this book “Good To Great” by Jim Collins. This book is a fine work in the field of management study really. Jim has done really a wonderful job in making a thorough study on what makes a great company and how “good” companies can turn themselves into a great company. I liked the sentence where he says “Good is essentially the enemy of great”. Think of that. How true!
This is an awesome book and I was very inspired by the kind of leadership Jim has highlighted, that is needed to make and sustain a great company.
